We have established the following basic terms and
conditions to ensure that everything is clear and that we meet your
expectations. We hope that you enjoy shopping with us and that you are happy
with the goods we offer. We introduce new lines on a regular basis so please do

AVAILABILITY
We Endeavour to have all stock
featured on our web site in stock at all times. We know how frustrating it is
when you see out of stock on the listing. If however there is a problem and we
are unable to supply you with your order we will contact you and let you know,
then either send the item to you as soon as it is available or we will happily
provide you with a refund.
PAYMENT METHODS
Our secure credit card
payment service will accept your payments of Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro,
Solo, Switch and also American Express.
We do not store credit card
details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

SECURITY
We take security very seriously and would like
to assure you that your credit card transactions on our site and safe and fully
protected.
DESCRIPTIONS
We take great care to describe the goods
on our web site with as much detail as we can. Sizes are aprox as there is
always a very slight variance in timber products. Please be aware that when an
item is made from timber there will be slight colour variances and a few knots
and marks which is natural when using timber. All items are inspected prior to
shipping so quality checks are undertaken throughout our production process.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
RETURNS
If you are
unhappy with the item please contact us within 14 days to arrange for a refund,
goods must be returned in the same condition as they left our warehouse
including all packaging. If the item is being returned for a reason other than
damaged goods or incorrect order fulfillment the cost of postage and any bank
charges plus a restocking fee will be the responsibility of the customer,If the
item you receive is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and
we will arrange a replacement or refund. We will arrange for the damaged item
to be collected and returned to us at our expense.
DELIVERY
Stock
will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your order being cleared. We
use either Royal Mail or a respected courier service.
Delivery charges
are as follows:
- Standard UK mainland delivery charge £4.99 -
For heavy items the delivery charge is £19.99. This applied to the 10
drawer apple racks and all potting benches. - For delivery to UK offshore
addresses such as the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles and
the Channel Isles please call and we will arrange the best possible price for
you.
- We are able to deliver most of our range to any country, however
please contact us for a quotation on this prior to placing an order through the
online shop.
